Jordanelle Resident since 2010

The location is probably the best part of this neighborhood.  There are limited views and limited amenities but being adjacent to the park is pretty amazing when it comes to access to trails and hiking. Word of caution, the building and construction can take extended periods of time. As time goes on, there will be more resales in the neighborhood which should help for those interested in this community. I have a lot of experience with this builder – would love to help guide you through this process or chat about what my experiences have been!
