The best part of Deer Waters is the location and access to the Jordanelle State Park. It is located right at the non-motorized boat launch (Ross Creek) and access to trails and paddleboarding cannot be beaten! My clients have found the construction timing to be a bit lengthy but the good news is that there are now more resales on the market if you are looking for something immediate and without the headache of working with a builder. I’ve sold a number in the neighborhood and can be helpful in navigating the process!
