Golden Eagle

Golden Eagle is a new master-planned community in Hideout City limits at Jordanelle Reservoir.

Golden Eagle features approximately 325 estate-type homesites that range in starting around half-acre lots, with the average in the first release closer to .70 acres. This new community is located on the east side of Highway 248 offering incredible views of Jordanelle Reservoir.  Located directly across the highway from the Tuhaye golf community.

Access to Park City is simple and located within a 15-minute drive.

Golden Eagle is located just off SR248 about 10 minutes east of Park City. It will be developed in three planned phases with a total of 328 homesites.  It will feature only Single Family Homes. 

The amenities will include a community gather space that includes indoor and outdoor entertaining spaces.  While homes can be rented within Golden Eagle, there is a minimum 3-month time frame.  The minimum Square foot of all homes will be 3,200 square feet and a maximum of 7,000 square feet.   There will be a formal entry with an electronic gate, however, the roads will be maintained and plowed by Hideout City.

Golden Eagle is located in the Wasatch County School District. Your child would attend JR Smith Elementary, Rocky Mountain Middle School and Wasatch High School.

Other options for schooling would be to try to opt-in the Park City School District or check out Silver Summit Academy, Weilenmann School of Discovery, Park City Day School, or one of the many private schools in the Salt Lake Valley such as Rowland Hall or Waterford School.
