Black Rock Mountain Resort and Luxury Condos are a welcomed addition to the north end of the Jordanelle. This new development has brought a much-needed restaurant and bar to local area residents. The condo/hotel nature of this community lends itself to great investment opportunities, however, traditional financing is not applicable. I’d love to discuss options and what’s currently available.
