Where is Mayflower Lakeside?

Mayflower Lakeside is located in the Mayflower area of the Jordanelle and adjacent to the Jordanelle State Park. You can easily access these Park City luxury condos by taking exit 8 on Highway 40 and head toward the lake!

Mayflower Lakeside is a Master Planned community that will offer both stacked condominiums and “Twin-Townhomes”. Sitting adjacent to The Shores at Stillwater and Village at the Shores, Mayflower Lakeside is being developed by the same developer, Landscope.

In total, Mayflower Lakeside will have 180 condos and 200 “twin-townhomes” along with hiking and biking trails, community clubhouse and pool.

Like the Village at the Shores, the stacked condominiums will feature 12 units in each building, which will be just under 1600 Sq. Ft and offer a 3 bedroom, 2 bath floor plan with parking below and elevator access.

The “Twin-Townhomes” will offer 4 and 5 Bedroom floorplans that are approximately 2500-3800 Sq. Ft.

Pricing in the neighborhood starts in the upper $900s to over 2.7M.

The developer is planning on the first units to be finished up around the beginning of Spring 2020 and the “twin-townhomes” around the Winter of 2020.

Nightly rentals will be allowed at Mayflower Lakeside.

The community amenities will include a barbecue area, a clubhouse with meeting rooms. A “seasonal” pool, hot tub, playground, and tennis/pickleball court.
