I’ve sold a few Shoreline homes both represented Buyers and Sellers and can attest to the popularity of the floor plans.  Great entertaining space and elbow room for both primary and second home owners. Be aware that no short term rentals are allowed in Shoreline but that can also makes for a great place to relax!

Where is Shoreline?

Shoreline is just fifteen minutes from Main Street in Park City.  Shoreline boasts some of the best views around the Jordanelle with Deer Valley® as a prominent backdrop behind the reservoir.

How Close is it to Skiing and Main Street, Park City?

Depending on the time of day, Deer Valley Gondola can be reached via car in approximately 15 minutes as well as Main Street, Park City!

What Schools Would My Child Go To?

Shoreline is located in the Wasatch County School District. Your child would attend JR Smith ElementaryRocky Mountain Middle School and Wasatch High School.

Other options for schooling would be to try to opt-in the Park City School District or check out Silver Summit AcademyWeilenmann School of DiscoveryPark City Day School, or one of the many private schools in the Salt Lake Valley such as Rowland Hall or Waterford School.
