With the expansion of the Jordanelle Parkway opened up the North and west end shores of the Jordanelle, this new Master Planned Community boasts panoramic views of the Jordanelle and the mountain views of Deer Valley Resort. SkyRidge has 483 luxury homesites thoughtfully placed on 670 acres of hillside.
SkyRidge offers the opportunity to own a homesite within a dynamic community that will offer a Golf Practice Facility, an Equestrian Center, Community Park, Hiking and Biking Parks, Day Use Beach Area, Clubhouse, Pool, Café, and Bar.
Phase one of SkyRidge has been broken up into 3 different neighborhoods that include the following: Orion, Ursa, and Constellation. Homesites range in size from 7,000 square feet up to just under 50,000 square feet. There is a total of 132 lots in the initial release.
SkyRidge offers a unique opportunity to build smaller custom homes as their building requirements are based on the size of homesites. For smaller sites, a minimum of 2000 square feet is required with the larger lots requiring only a minimum of 3000 square feet.
Investors should be interested in knowing that rentals are allowed at SkyRidge with a three-night minimum.
