While some of the communities closer to Heber offer more value, the bigger, master-planned communities of Benloch and Victory offer amenities that will keep you busy at home.

Within short driving distance from Park City and Provo, you will have access to plenty of activities like skiing at Mayflower Mountain Resort or Deer Valley Ski Resort via the Jordanelle Gondola.
