The Retreat at Jordanelle

Nestled quietly outside of Park City, Utah the Retreat at Jordanelle boasts large townhomes with small prices!

The Retreat at Jordanelle is located just a few miles outside of Park City, Utah.   The community consists of 148 twin-home style townhomes ranging in size from four to five-bedroom floor plans that feature just under 2400 sq. ft. to over 3000 sq ft.

High above the twin-homes perched on the hillside reside seven single-family homes. Built by E-Builders out of Salt Lake City these homes at the Retreat of Jordanelle feature a minimum of four bedrooms.  Most of these homes were built with the same if not similar floor plans that feature two bedrooms on the main floor as well as two in the fully-finished lower level.

As you can imagine these custom homes feature custom finishes which include super tall 10′ and 12′ ceilings, quartz countertops, fireplaces, engineered hardwood floors and a three-car garage and decks with views to days.

Home to the 2018 Park City Area Home Builders Parade of Homes, The Estates at the Retreat featured one beautiful, massive custom home.  This was built on one of the last few remaining lots.  At the end of the private cul-de-sac and placed on top of the hill and above the neighbors.  This home features a grand master bedroom, three ensuite guest rooms & an additional bunk room. A second family room that opens up to a home theater, bar, game room!

Relax!  The amenities at the Retreat at Jordanelle include a 4,300 square foot community clubhouse which is shared with owners at Park’s Edge. The clubhouse offers a theater room, gathering spaces, a small gym, and a pool. The Retreat at Jordanelle features a 15-acre community park/Civic Site and trail system.

We LOVE LOVE LOVE the Retreat at Jordanelle for many reasons.  First, there is a great clubhouse that features a swimming pool, hot tub, exercise room, board room, and theater room.  Within the clubhouse are an expansive gathering space and pool table.  The community is now built out which means you are finding newer style homes without the crazy construction mess.

The location of the Retreat really can’t be beaten.  Conveniently located at the junction of State Route 248 and the Jordanelle Parkway.  It’s 10 minutes to Main Street or 10 minutes to Kimball Junction.

If you are interested in The Retreat, listings don’t last long.  HOWEVER, since we represented the developer and sold the original 148 townhomes, we often know of listings that haven’t come to market yet.

Residents choose to live at The Retreat at Jordanelle because it’s proximity to Park City, easy access to the freeway and price of homes. More importantly, the size of the homes at the Retreat are larger with 4-5 bedrooms. Many residents like the option to be able to nightly rent their places when they are not using their “Retreat”!

How Close is it to Skiing and Main Street, Park City?

Depending on the time of day, Deer Valley Gondola can be reached via car in approximately 10 minutes as well as Main Street, Park City!

What Schools Would My Child Go To?

The Retreat at Jordanelle is located in the Wasatch County School District. Your child would attend JR Smith ElementaryRocky Mountain Middle School and Wasatch High School.

Other options for schooling would be to try to opt-in the Park City School District or check out Silver Summit AcademyWeilenmann School of DiscoveryPark City Day School, or one of the many private schools in the Salt Lake Valley such as Rowland Hall or Waterford School.
