Deer Springs is located on the north east side of Jordanelle.  While a few of the homes have amazing views, most of located in the pocket between State Route 248 and the Jordanelle Parkway.  It is located in the town of Hideout, it does not belong to the Hideout Master Homeowners Association.  

There will be approximately 138 duplexes within Deer Springs and additional 46 single family homes. Deer Springs does have their own home owners association that will cover common area taxes and insurances, a playground and dog park, maintenance of open space and snow removal of streets.
